Five-Year Warranty Coverage

Providing hassle-free five-year warranty coverage against any manufacturing defects or malfunctions. However, proper installation by a certified HVAC installer is required for warranty validity. Failure to use a professional installer may void the warranty. Non-professional installations do not allow returns or refunds.

Warranty Registration

Instruction for warranty registration is included in the box. For residential installations, the warranty is limited to five years, while for non-residential installations, it is limited to one year.

Product Contents

The box includes a hub, screen, and installation instructions. Note that the hub (12VDC) and screen need to be wired separately.

Hub Functionality

The hub functions as a signal router for communication with the Lennox system and devices. Before ordering, consult a certified HVAC technician to ensure compatibility with your system. Due to its specialized nature, this product is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Power Supply

The Smart Hub Controller receives power (24VAC) from the indoor unit. It requires a two-wire, 18AWG RSBus unshielded thermostat cable for low voltage power terminals (R, C, +, -). For communication terminals (I+, I-, A, B), a two-wire, 18 to 22AWG shielded thermostat cable is recommended.

Smart Features

Up to four separate schedules are available, plus Schedule IQ which uses geo-fencing technology to determine when the homeowner is within a predetermined distance from home.
One-Touch Away Mode allows quick and easy setting of cooling and heating setpoints while away.
Weather-On-Demand provides live updates and seven-day forecasts.

Enhance your system with additional indoor air quality products such as the PureAir Air Purification System, Healthy Climate Humidifiers, Humiditrol Enhanced Dehumidification Accessory, Healthy Climate Energy/Heat Recovery Ventilators, and Healthy Climate Germicidal Lights.

User Interface
