The Suuwer S701 is designed for conventional single-stage heating systems, including gas, oil, or electric furnaces, as well as ventilation and air conditioning systems. It operates efficiently with up to one heating and one cooling setting. Note that it does not support multistage heating and cooling systems, ACs with 2H/2C, or HVAC central air conditioner heat pump systems.
Incompatible Systems
This thermostat is not compatible with multistage heating and cooling systems, ACs with 2 heating and 2 cooling settings, HVAC central air conditioner heat pumps, PTACs, 3-wire hydronic systems, dual fuel/hybrid heating, line voltage systems (120-240V electric baseboard heat), mini split heat pump air conditioners, and RV air conditioners of the Mach and Roughneck series.
